Background
ITM was founded based on a passion for interactive learning.

After developing training material for the Government of Australia, as well as training leaders in the civil service and NHS in the UK, our founder set up the institute for team management to continue to enhance the leadership skills of individuals across the globe.
This experience was combined with data and performance management insights helped to create the model used that is used by ITM to train excellent team managers.

The framework developed by ITM is based on Bruce Tuckman's famous 4 stages of team development.
